Do you learn special requests?
Absolutely! We will learn one song as long as it’s received at least 30 days prior to the event.

Is it possible for the band to learn more than 1 song?
Yes it is! A small fee is charged for each additional song
after the 1st song.

Do we pick the band's set list for the night?
You know how they say, “trust your chef.” Well, in our business it’s “trust your band!” Allowing us some flexibility to read the room and adjust on the fly will beget the best party possible! We actually suggest if there are specific songs you don’t want to hear, you make us aware of those. It’s a real bummer to hear a song you strongly dislike the night of your wedding or event. But if there are a few specific songs on our list you really want the band to play, by all means, you can let us know of those requests too!

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES? TRAVEL, STAGE, EQUIPMENT?
THE ROYAL SUITS PROVIDE YOU WITH A TURN-KEY PRICE INCLUSIVE OF TRAVEL. IN ADDITION, THE BAND PROVIDES GROUND-SUPPORTED SOUND AND LIGHTING FOR UP TO 500 PEOPLE IN A TYPICAL BALLROOM SETTING. STAGING AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE ARE THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY; BOTH CAN USUALLY BE COORDINATED THROUGH YOUR VENUE. OUR HOSPITALITY RIDER IS ESSENTIAL TO A GREAT PERFORMANCE. PLEASE CONNECT WITH YOUR AGENT TO GO OVER ANY RIDER QUESTIONS. MEALS, NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, POWER NEEDS, PREFERRED STAGE DIMENSIONS AND DRESSING ROOM REQUIREMENTS ARE LISTED THERE.

What is a rider?
A rider is binding part of your agreement specific to the artist you have booked. The rider provides detailed requirements that must be provided in order for the artist to perform including, but not limited to, power, stage, dressing room, etc... Many times, these requirements are venue related and should be addressed with your facility contact. It may be possible for the artist to be flexible with these requirements. If you or your venue has questions, let us know.

Can we use your sound system for announcements?
Of course! The band has wireless mics for any announcements and toasts.

What do you wear for formal events?
The Royal Suits wear... Suits! I mean, it’s in our name, so you’d better believe we come looking extremely sharp! The ladies have coordinated formal attire to match the guys.

Many of today’s song lyrics contain inappropriate content. How do you handle this situation?
The Royal Suits understand that your guests are of all ages and backgrounds. The band will not perform any inappropriate lyrics, unless specifically requested by a client.
